AdhFix


AdhFix is an implant which adapts to any bone shape and possesses high load-bearing properties. It leverages mechanical fixators and eliminates use of metal plates. With excellent compatibility to soft tissue, we minimise adverse effects associated with standard-of-care metal plates. ​

Its high degree of customisability allows it to serve as a universal solution, with particular effectiveness in managing complex, comminuted fractures.

FRAP is a primer-based attachment, implantation technology. Unlike traditional orthopaedic fixation, FRAP is entirely metal-free and eliminates the need for drilling. This significantly reduces trauma, lowers risks of complications and minimises recovery time for patients.
Its unique mechanism of action relies on a reactive bonding interface which secures the composite to the bone without bone penetration. This approach makes FRAP particularly useful for complex, comminuted fractures, especially in cases involving irregular anatomical situations where conventional solutions often fall short of.

DendroPrime is a coating technique which prevents soft-tissue adhesion to commercial implants. 40% of finger fracture patients in Sweden undergo re-operations due to complications from tissue adhesions to standard-use metal plates and screw. Tissue ingrowth exacerbates a plunge in mobility and function at fracture site, leading to patients discomfort and increased societal burden.
