Biomedical Bonding AB will be exhibiting at the 7th World Veterinary Orthopaedic Congress (WVOC) in Rome, Italy, where we will showcase our metal-free fracture fixation technologies for veterinary orthopaedics.

For over a century, repairing fractured bones has relied primarily on metal implants. Biomedical Bonding is introducing an alternative approach with our light-cured composite fixation technology.

Our system enables the surgeon to apply the composite directly from a syringe, adapt it to the patient's fracture anatomy, and cure it in situ using blue light to form a strong fixation plate. By fitting the implant to the fracture, rather than shaping the bone to fit a pre-manufactured implant, our technology offers an intraoperatively customized solution with a stiffness closer to natural bone.

At WVOC, visitors will have the opportunity to:

  • See Bonevolent® AdhFix and FRAP firsthand

  • Learn how the technology works

  • Meet the Biomedical Bonding team

  • Discuss future collaborations and research opportunities

We look forward to connecting with veterinary surgeons, researchers, distributors, and industry partners from around the world.
